In order to deal with this pressure we humans try different things,like Men mostly get into smoking or drinking, which makes them powerful for sometime and helps them to divert their mind. Women go for retail therapy,eat a lot of fatty stuff go to the parlour and make themselves feel special.

In the same way for us Baking or seeing a beautiful cake give's the temporary relief. We don't have a sweet tooth but spending hours on baking a cake relaxes my mind and helps me to give a positive direction to my problems.
